Treymore supports self-storage operators, developers and asset owners through enabling, base build and fit-out interface works. Programmes are structured around phased operator access, so revenue-generating units can be released as quickly as the construction programme allows.

Site enabling & preparation
Surveys, demolition, slab levelling, fire compartment line setting and clean preparation of the receiving structure.
Strip-out & slab works
Soft strip, redundant services removal, slab repairs and floor flatness adjustments to suit the chosen unit system.
Builder's work & operator coordination
Wall framing line-outs, BWIC for fire, security and lift installations and coordination with the operator's fit-out partner.
Phased access & handover
Programmed handover of zones to the operator, supported by test certificates, O&M information and a clear demarcation log.
Delivery controls
Compact scope, clear responsibility and a clean handover.

- RAMS, permits, inductions, toolbox talks and daily checks kept current.
